Privacy policy

Last updated: January 1, 2026

Template. This policy is a starting point drafted for a US-based B2B marketing services site. Have it reviewed by counsel — and updated to match your actual data practices — before you launch.

Who we are

UrologySEO ("we", "us") provides search engine optimisation and digital marketing services to urology practices. This policy explains what we collect through urologyseo.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, practice name, website, number of locations, and whatever you write in the message field.

Information collected automatically. Standard server and analytics data: IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed and time on site.

We do not knowingly collect protected health information (PHI) through this website, and you should not submit any through the contact form. If you need to share patient data with us as part of an engagement, we will do so under a signed Business Associate Agreement through an appropriate channel — never a web form.

How we use it

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of processors to run this site and our business, including hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), transactional email delivery, analytics, and a CRM. Each has access only to what it needs to perform its function, and is bound to protect it.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; core parts of the site will still work. Where required by law we will ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement plus any period required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@urologyseo.com and we will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what is collected and the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing". We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the data we handle.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
