FAQ

Questions, answered without the sales voice

Working together

Do you only work with urology practices?

Yes, exclusively. It is the whole premise. We know the procedure terminology, the patient search language, the referral dynamics and the compliance constraints because we do not split attention across a dozen industries.

Will you work with our local competitors?

No. One urology practice per metro market. If your market is already taken we will tell you on the first call instead of quietly competing against ourselves.

Who actually does the work?

The strategist you meet on the call. We do not run a model where a senior person sells and a junior person delivers. Content is drafted by medical writers, but strategy and execution stay with your named strategist.

How much time do we need to put in?

Realistically two to four hours a month: a strategy call, and clinical review of the content before it publishes. The review step is not optional — it is what makes health content rank.

Results and timing

How long before we see results?

Map pack and Google Business Profile improvements often move within 30–60 days. Competitive procedure keywords typically take four to six months, longer in dense metros. We report leading indicators monthly so you can see progress before rankings land.

Can you guarantee a number one ranking?

No, and no honest agency can — Google does not sell or promise placement. What we commit to is scope: the work on your plan ships every month and you see exactly what was done.

What if our traffic dropped after a Google update?

That is a common reason practices come to us. The audit will identify whether it was a core update, a technical regression, a content quality issue or something else entirely. Recovery timelines depend on the cause, and we will be straight with you about it.

How do you measure success?

Booked consults, not vanity metrics. We track rankings and traffic because they are leading indicators, but the report leads with calls and form submissions attributed to procedure line.

Compliance and content

Is this HIPAA compliant?

Yes. We sign a BAA before touching anything, configure analytics so PHI never reaches third-party tools, and handle review responses within OCR guidance — which means never confirming that a reviewer was a patient.

Who writes the clinical content?

Medical writers produce the draft using your positioning and the search data. Your clinicians review and approve before publishing. Nothing goes out under a physician byline without that physician signing off.

What about YMYL and E-E-A-T?

Health content sits squarely in Google's "your money or your life" category, which means author credentials, medical review, citations and site-level trust signals all get weighted heavily. We build those in structurally rather than bolting them on.

Do you handle our website too?

We work on whatever platform you are on and handle SEO-related development. Full site rebuilds are quoted separately — sometimes they are necessary, but we will not push one if your current site can be fixed.

Commercials

What does it cost?

Plans start at $2,500/month. Full pricing is published on the pricing page — no discovery call required to see it.

Is there a contract?

A 90-day initial term, because that is the minimum honest window to judge search work. After that, month-to-month with 30 days notice.

What happens if we leave?

You keep everything: the content, the site changes, the profiles, the tracking configuration, the documentation. We transfer access and do not hold anything hostage.
